Buying medicine from your local pharmacy will be significantly cheaper from today. The Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association has announced that 300 well known brands are included in the price cuts. If you do not qualify for the medical card, the drop in price is especially good news. Price reductions mean that those who have to pay for their medicines could save €3 - €4 on every €10 they spend.
