We loved the make-up challenge on The Afternoon Show last Thursday, 22nd October. Viewers were presented with two gorgeous models, one model was wearing make up that cost €53, while the other model was wearing make up that cost in excess of €240. Viewers had to decide which model was wearing high end cosmetics and which model was wearing low end cosmetics . We could not tell the difference, they both looked amazing!
It’s fantastic to know you can achieve a flawless finish in high street products. The inexpensive range was comprised of Rimmel and NYC products- the foundation costing €8.95 and the mascara costing €7.95. The high end range was made up of products from Armani, Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown (foundation from Armani costing €65.50). The comparative test has definitely made me rethink my cosmetic bag strategy!
