After an expensive christmas and not much money left in the pot for clothes shopping... I was not sure where to turn for my new looks in 2009... I have a fairly active social life so I need to shop and keep my wardrobe fresh....

So after chatting to a girl I met one night she advised me to go to the ' SWAPSHOP ' in temple bar.... On asking her what I was all about, she explained to me that you take your unwanted garments in to the shop and exchange them for new garments for a minimal service fee... At first I was not sure as I thought I did not won't to were clothes already worn.... but at this stage I was very short of cash... So I thought why not give it a go... So I went down there with a few items I did not think I would wear any more.... I could not believe when I got there the amount of labels and pretty much brand new garments on offer.... Some actually were brand new with there labels still on.... I ended up walking out with 2 brand new outfits for a cost of €35.... I could not believe it.....

Since my first visit I have been back twice and there have been different clothes in stock.... The lady in the store was more than helpful and said that there is a good turn over of new clothes every week... So I will defo be back for my new looks this year...

So try it out... SWAP SHOP in temple bar
