If you can't see that from the swatches online then I really would suggest to visit a counter to buy. Foundation covers your entire face and a mismatched shade really doesn't look good, so before you try and guess with an online purchase I really would reconsider and visit a counter for expert advice from a Shiseido counter staff. I think the foundation you are talking about is the Shiseido "Sun Protection Liquid Foundation SPF 30" 29.10 euro, available in 4 natural looking shades.
